In the Naruto New Generation chat I am currently an Otogakure genin...Here is my character description:

Chakra Nature: Wind

Village: Otogakure Shinobi (former Konoha Shinobi)

Appearance:long White hair that covers the front of his red headband. Wears a Black longseved shirt that with string that wraps around each sleeve holding the fabric tight on his arm that he can untie to make a wing like shape(For special techniques.)This black shirt is concealed by the Sound Village Superior Flak Jaket, that he covers with a long Red cloak(used for special techniques). And has short cut black pants, bandaged legs and black shoes with a metal plate wraped around his heels. Has deep violet eyes and wears a half mask (but takes it off occasionally) He can also use his cloak and his wind based chakera to travel quickly bye flapping one side like a wing, he can also jump incredibly high with this technique and glide high above the ground.

Personality: Is a laid back, relaxed shinobi he gets into some trouble(usually in the wrong place at the wrong time) and is determined to protect his comrades even at the cost of his own life or dignity. He is generally peaceful, He really doesn't like fighting(unless he's angry, then all he want to do is cause someone pain.) But he can still keep his cool.

Likes:Sleeping, Learning powerful techniques, food, watching fights between strong shinobi.

Dislikes:Weak opponents, annoying people, fighting

Weapons:Shuriken holster on his right thigh, also equiped with wire and fire charms(paper bombs) and a Sound Village Special Weapon: A tanto constructed to make sound when it is used. Chakra conductive metal is forged into the blade around the sound producing points and into the hilt. When chakra is channeled to the hilt the chakra conductive metal draws the chakra to those sound producing points, increasing the volume of the vibrations, senbon, and basic kunai, he also caries scrolls in his cloak to summon giant shuriken.

Wind Beast Stampede Technique-the shinobi does the necessary hand seals, then draws chakra to the instrument of wind productions (in my case a cloak), then the shinobi grabs one side of the cloak and extends it, pulling it tightly(as a wing to produce the necessary amount of wind need for the technique), then releases the chakra, causing a very strong gust of wind strong enough to throw the opponent into the air.

Kaze Gai-the shinobi does the necessary hand seals, then draws chakra to the fingertips of the user's hands, then the shinobi grabs the side of the cloak extending it tightly (as if it were a wing used to produce the necessary amount of wind needed for the technique) sending an invisible summoned blade the strike the opponent at a 45 degree angle making it harder to dodge. Has enough power to cut a considerably deep wound depending on how much chakra is forced into the blade.

Kaze Hahira- The shinobi does the necessary hands seals while focusing chakra into the palms. Then extending one side of the user's wind-making instrument (Fan, cloak,etc.) forcing chakra into the object, the shinobi then thrusts it forward creating a gust of wind, then forming into a sort of cyclone only much smaller and has enough force to throw the opposing shinobi into the air.

Magen • Narakumi no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that causes its target to see a horrifying vision. The ninja will use the serpent hand seal to cause a circle of leaves to spin and envelop the target and then fall away. Once cast the world will appear normal to the target until they see the illusion.

History: Born in Konohagakure, Karite was expected to be great like his father. This established a great fear in surrounding countries. Fearing that he would grow into another great power A small group of unaligned shinobi raided the village in a failed attempt to destroy the child, but claimed the life of his mother. He then lived with his father,an Anbu captain, named Atsuko Kiino, who's trained him since he could throw his first punch...Karite graduated from the Konohagakure Ninja Academy at the age of 9...on his first mission, however, Atsuko Kiino was murdered by an Amegakure shinobi named Ukata Suna in his sleep during a raid on Konoha by Amegakure while he was away. Since then he has sworn revenge on Suna and has sworn to protect his comrades at any cost even if it meant being slandered by his village, or even death. Fearing that remaining in Konoha would be a weakness, he left the village now known as a missing nin in Konoha he sought refuge in Otogakure…Now a genin in Oto he is being trained in more techniques and more extreme drills. His dream is to one day return to the village of Konohagakure as a skilled Jounin.
